First of all, I think it’s important to differentiate between pressure and undue
stress. We actually need a little pressure in our lives in order for us to get up in
the morning and do the things we want to do. But when pressure
becomes constant and unrelenting, that’s where undue stress comes in and can
cause some serious mental and physical health issues.
Latest research figures from the Health & Safety Executive show that around half

I have a couple of stress related books "half-done." I am a Clinical Hypnotherapist. Though I do not practice currently, I maintain my license. Somehow, I got side-tracked into novels. Well... they were more fun to write. But now I need to complete some of my nonfiction. Also, I've just met another hypnotherapist on Kauai, who asked if I would conduct a workshop that I created. It's tempting, but it also make me feel pulled in too many directions. Alas, it is I who needs to practice good stress management techniques.
Welcome to our forum. I'm really excited you're here. I've recently finished a book titled, "Stress Relief for the Working Stiff" through Publish America. I started a new blog on stress as well at http://AStressFreeLife.Blogspot.com. Maybe you'd like to contribute an article for the blog? It includes a bio and link of course. Let me know.
Best wishes,
Carol

Just introducing myself! I'm a specialist in Stress Management working here in the UK. So far my book is partly written, but I have already launched a series of CDs and downloads on Stress Management, written and recorded by me. These are available on my website www.breathingspacetherapies.co.uk/shopping.htm where you can see details and play 1 minute samples of each of them. They're also available in Beth Israel Cancer Centre in New York and via new age music distributor New World Music.
My Fast Track Masterclasses will also be launched shortly and I've also written several stress management seminars and teleseminars.
The idea is to collate a lot of the information I've already written and write a meaningful book which will help people live balanced, happy and fulfilling lives. Do let me know who you are and what you are doing. It will be great to make contact.
Warm wishes
